The Lotus Foundation is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1999 in Frisco, Colorado and worked on social projects for incarcerated minors and adults and for children at risk of exclusion. Two years later, the second headquarters was opened in Mataró, where new social projects were started aimed at benefiting the elderly, cancer patients and children at risk of exclusion, as well as forest cleaning.

The Foundation has the mission of promoting social well-being through social action, education and volunteering. The Foundation has different social projects focused on the most disadvantaged sectors of society such as cancer patients, elderly people in need, children at risk of social exclusion and the environment.
